The purpose of this stage is to establish the Project Specification based
on the Vision Document and SRS Document. Typically when a client comes to
us, there are two possible situations:
- The Customer has the exact Project Specification.
We analyze Specification and perhaps make suggestions for improvements.
- The Customer does not have the exact Project Specification.
The Customer
- has preliminary Specification or a simple description of the requirements.
We discuss with the Customer all the requirements and develop the Project Specification.
In both cases, the Project Analysis includes the follow stages:
- Platforms and Technologies Choice
- Third-Party Service Integration Analysis
- Third-Party Solutions Integration Analysis
- System Architecting
- Develop the Draft Technical Proposal
Based on the preliminary defined Budget, Business Requirements, and our SRS and Project Specification drafts, we are able to propose a suitable technical solution. The principal deliverable for this phase will be the Technical Draft Proposal.
Once the customer approves the Draft Proposal as well as our Time and Cost estimations, this Draft Proposal is upgraded to the final Project Specification. Now that we have defined and analyzed all requirements, we can continue developing our Business Proposal.
