Product Delivery
In most cases, delivery is made thru FTP protocol. In addition, we can also
provide, upon customer request, a CD sent by mail. Delivery includes:

- User Documentation Delivery (Installation Manual,
User Manual, Troubleshooting, Help)
Deployment
For online projects (Internet, Intranet, Web), the delivery also means Deployment
on server for the customer.

- Server(s) configuration
- Product Installation
- Product adjustment
- Testing
For online projects, Deployment is made at the QA stage
in order to test a product under real conditions.
Knowledge transfer
- Technical Documentation Delivery (project documentation)
- Software Source Code Delivery
- Graphics Source Files Delivery
User Training
Besides the usual training, this phase also includes support connected to
the decision of non-standard situations, adjustment of system parameters,
and client support at any stage of development of the product. This is a
very important stage requiring large expenses of time.
Project Acceptance
Customer confirmation of complete delivery and his 100% satisfaction with
the results are a basis for official Project Acceptance. Final payment is
due by the customer after the Project Acceptance. Our ability to satisfy
