Plan and Control
All processes are implemented by a precise plan. The plans and timetables
are developed at the initial stages and approved by the customer prior
to launching the project. The Project Manager and other managers of the
company supervise the execution of the plans. This double control, on the
part of the managers as well as the customer, allows us to avoid deviations
or wasted time.
Communicate
Communication between all parties is crucial to preventing time-consuming
errors or to acting upon modifications based on customer feedback. In order
to ensure our customer's confidence and timely response to questions and/or
feedback, we provide the following interaction measures:
- Daily Email Reports
- Facilitate Interaction of Project Manager directly with developers
via our unique e-CRM: CRM
- Project Progress Reports
- Online (IM) Conferences with company Managers or Boss (by
customer's request)
- Checkpoints
Synchronize.
In many cases, the duly synchronization of an initial code, executed code,
data, diagrams, content or documentation is a pledge of success under conditions
of the remote development, for example:
- Our remote team is a part of a larger team working on larger
projects.
- Servicing and /or support of remote project.
- Servicing and/or support of Internet or web project.
We use modern version control software to automate the synchronization
process.
Document.
For all development, we document all processes, designs and elements prior
to beginning any development and we require authorization by the customer
on all documentations. All actions, negotiations, discussions and decisions
are also documented in and made available using the CRM™ system.
